1. What does it mean to be UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certified?

Kenda Farben obtained the certification of its Quality Management System, that means we operate following processes and procedures as defined by the UNI EN ISO 9000 rules. The compliance to these rules is granted by an external entity that periodically checkes our work.

2. Why did Kenda Farben certified its processes?

As any company that decides to certify its systems, Kenda Farben aims to be more competitive, continuously improve and, finally, satisfy its customers better and better.

3. What about UNI EN ISO 9001, 9002, 9003 rules?

These rules are no more valid: since December 2003 the system has been reviewed and one single standard exists, UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.

4. Will the certification imply burdenings in administration or waste of time?

The result obtained will never represent a trouble, a burdening of our processes or be useless, nor internally or for our customers and suppliers. The only request we could eventually make to customers and suppliers will be to provide us with vital information we need to get to know their needs deeper and deeper, through survey or any other proper way, in order to supply a more and more customised service.

5. Is it possible for the customers to have a copy of the Quality Manual?

The Quality Manual is the document where our standard operating processes and procedures are described. Whoever can ask for a copy.

6. Is it possible for a supplier to visit Kenda Farben?
